2011 National Summit Directives

*The Chief Apostle and Executive Board have approved National Officers to pay 70% tithe to

their local church treasure, as these funds should not go into the tithe box.  30% of tithe

from National Officials will be paid to the Chief Apostle.  Also, on an annual basis the local

church secretary will provide a financial report of the tithe paid by each National Official

to the Assistant General Recording Secretary.

*
The National Church now has a contract with American Eagle.  A copy that does free

renovations under certain criteria.  For more information contact:  Chief Apostle R.D. Clark.

*The District and Annual Conferences have been combined to create one meeting

annually and eliminate one meeting annually effective 2012 calendar year.

-The meeting shall be called Annual/District Conference.

-The District Apostle and District Mother will determine the

number of days required for said meeting.

-The State Presider and State Mother will have input in planning

said meeting and shall receive an offering in the meeting as will

the District Apostle and District Mother.
