Elder Medoria L. Burks, a native of
Springfield, Ohio and was married to the late Mr. Robin Burks
and from that union were five children. She came to know Christ at an
early age and she received the Baptism of the Holy Ghost at the age of
13 and began in ministry at the age of 15. She has been in ministry
for over thirty years. She has been a member of Triumph Church
since 1988 where she served under the leadership of the late Prince
Lorine J. Webb. She worked as a Teacher in the Advanced Schools of
Wisdom and a Manager during my tenure in
Miami, Florida. She was appointed as a District Evangelist
under The Rt. Rev. A. L. Williams and she served on the District
Security Board, Board Member to the District Music Department and a
member of Constitution Committee. She also served as an Instructor in
Church Mangement in The School of Prophets. She began working with
Chautauqua in 1990 as a personal secretary for Elder Webb in
Tampa, Florda. She later worked the Registration area in 1992
in
Norcross, Georgia. She continued to work in the Registration
Deaprtment and as a personal secretary for Elder Webb until 2002. In
2003, she was appointed the National Coordinator for the National
Church which includes all National and Interanational functions of
Triumph The Church And Kingdom of God In Christ. Prior to my
appointment, Elder Webb had been appointed the National Chautauqua
Coordinator. During the 2003 National Meeting a new appointment was
made to encompass all meetings under the heading of the National
Church and she was appointed as the National Coordinator. She is
responsible for overseeing the convention registrations, vendors,
decorations, shipping and handling, transportation, security, class
schedules for class during the New World Institute, souvenir book, and
cover design just to name a few. She is basically responsible for the
overall function itself as coordinator and all other matters which
come under this heading. She has served under four Chief Apostles
and four District Apostles since coming into this overcoming system.
She
currently hold in the academic area a B.A. Degree in Sociology which
she acquired in May of 2007 from Talladega College. she is currently
in pursuit of a MBA Degree with a concentation in Human Resource
Management. She currently reside in
Talladega, Alabama and she works for the College. She is
listed under Who's Who among Colleges and she is a lifetime member of
Alpha Chi Alpha which is a National Honor Society. She is also
the Director of Isaiah's House Food Ministry which is a community
based non-profit which serves over 600 people in the community. The
most important thing to remember is that she is a Child of God and she
is here to serve humanity.
