Chautauqua Registration and Lodging

It is a must that you inform Elder Medoria L. Burks of your intent of sales and displays.    We do encourage sales and displays, but you must register for Chautauqua 2010 before you sell or display or any item or items.  There will be NO EXCEPTIONS. 

All vendors and exhibitors may use the online form for Chautauqua pre-registration form and the vendors form to expedite the registration process.

This registration is for all persons or Departments selling at Chautauqua 2010.

Hotel Rate

The rate for rooms, for single, double, triple and quad rooms, across the board, is $89.00 plus 14% tax, for a total of $101.46 per night.

Important!

Please understand that housing the convention at the Hilton Atlanta Airport Hotel entitles the Chautauqua delegation to the large capacity meeting room, classrooms, conference rooms, registration area, telephones and display area.  The Hilton Atlanta Airport Hotel is the place to stay and enjoy all of the amenities and convenience of not having to leave the premises after services.

Check in is at 3:00 p.m.  Check out is at noon.

At check in, there will be a $50 charge to the hotel for incidentals.  This can be paid by cash or by credit card and can be refunded upon check out.

Attention!

Group Managers of buses, trains, airplanes, car pools, etc. should be sure to pre-register your group with

Pres. Dorothy West-Williams prior to the cut off date of June 10, 2010. 

We need the exact number of persons, room type and a first night deposit for each room.

Adults $30.00

Your registration entitles you to a complete pack with the Souvenir Book which will include the convention program selections, class courses and badge.

Teenagers (Ages 13 – 18 yrs of age) $10.00

Your registration entitles you to a pack which will include the class courses, booklet, badge, and other teenage usable paraphernalia.

Children 12 and Under $5.00

Your registration entitles you to a pack which will include the youth class courses, booklet, badge and other youth paraphernalia. 

 (No Souvenir Book)

The pre-registration deadline for the convention packs will be June 10, 2010.  Please mail your registration fee early to receive your advanced purchase materials.
